"Affinity 56 has been one of the nicest apartments I have lived at, moving out here from Las Vegas without even seeing them I wasn’t sure what it would be like but I’m glad I chose to move my family here! I have lived here for almost three years now and haven’t had and real issues, it’s in a great location great views of the mountains, down the street from Jordan landing which has lots of shops and restaurants and a movie theater! They started a new parking permit system and it seems like there is a little more parking at night then there used to be which is amazing! I would definitely recommend my family and friends to live here !"
"This apartment complex requires permits to park in their premises. We have permits and the office makes it extremely difficult to get vehicles removed. They require the office to give the towing company a thumbs up but when we call they say there is nothing that can be done."
"i have stayed at 3 different apartment complexes and affinity 56 is by far the worst. i have lived here for almost a year and the day i moved in i asked a manager to get some graffiti removed that was on my building and a year later nothing has been done about it. not to mention if you ever have a problem you can count on maintenance never coming to fix it you can also count on nobody answering the phones no matter what day of the week or what time you call customer service is absolutely terrible and all they care about is collecting your check every month i highly recommend looking somewhere else if you are looking for an apartment."
"We just renewed for our third year at Affinity and have loved it here. Management switched our second here and things have only gotten better honestly. Maintenance teams are more on top of things and office management is very helpful with any issues that come up. We love the pools, one of which has a lazy river, community grills, dog parks and pet waste bags/bins all over. Schools are close for our kids and you are minutes from Jordan Landing, not to mention the Smiths within walking distance. Overall, we have been very happy with our choice to move in and live here."
