Novi at Jordan Valley Station Apartments

"Overall from where I previously lived this is a very nice quiet place to live. The interior of the unit I’m living in (Navi) is wonderful for my family. People are always great and welcoming. My only complaint is with the billing the initial price was great until you get in to the details. A base price plus media package which only includes wifi and smart home mine has never worked and they expect you to call the company to get it set up 155 for wifi is crazy expensive. At first it was around 1800 for everything and now I’m close to 2000 a month. They really should make it more known that your base rent will increase around 300-400 after all the fees. And that doesn’t include the utilities in my name. I like this place a lot I just feel I was deceived majorly. It’s hard for me to wrap my head around 1635 base rent ends up being 1965$ a month."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. My apartment has been broken into twice since I’ve been here since may, 3 people have died, my vehicle has been keyed. I also submitted a maintenance request and after 4 weeks and they didn’t do a dang thing, they sent me a message saying it was fixed. Avoid this place at all cost! I wish they would let me out of my lease cause I would leave in a heartbeat! Absolute worse place ever"

"So far I love this place. It is convenient to everywhere I want to go. It is dog friendly with no weight limit (I have a big dog!). It has recycling!!! It has elevators and abundant parking in the parking garages. The amenities are fantastic! The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are both huge with so much storage. Best of all the leasing staff are super friendly and the maintenance folks are just so nice, competent, and very thorough. No place is perfect, but this place comes close!"

"We’ve lived here going on 7 years! Which is crazy! Bert & LeRoy are amazing maintenance guys! It’s almost like they’re telepathic when you put in a request they’re at your door ready to fix it! & they do it the right way! I have nothing bad to say about any of the maintenance crew- but Bert is definitely one of the reasons we’ve been here so long! You can tell he cares! Roman & Anna are an amazing team at the office! Can’t forget Abel either! Any complaints or comments about the community they will listen & actually look into it. Since Roman has been here, he’s updated the fobs, painted the walls, changed the flooring, painted the fencing, just to name a few things. You can tell they care & they want to make it the best experience they can. If you’re looking at Novi, I recommend giving them a chance. They’ll def do everything they can to make it the best living experience they can for you!"

"I have two months living in this apartment and there are more bad things than good, I was given an apt in poor condition apart from that the maintenance staff used my personal items in my apartment and was checked by the camera in my unit, dirty hallways dirty garbage rooms, places where the dogs walk impossible to transit so much accumulated excrement, common areas of the Building with garbage on the floor, the dirt is intolerable because of the other tenants but also the office that does nothing about it to punish the dirty ones, I have already gone several times to the office and they have done nothing. I do not recommend this place to live to anyone."
