"Greystar Property Management took control of River Oaks Apartments 2 years ago. Avoid this property at all costs! They charge you for things you don’t use, make up ridiculous fees that don’t make sense, overcharge rent for these apartments that look like they haven’t been touched since the early 90’s. There is dog feces ALL over the property! The maintenance is horrible and never gets back to you! My air conditioning was not working for weeks before I even received a call back! Greystar is an unethical and disgusting company that should be put out of business! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!"

"This place used to be good but new management has made sure it's a total shtshow now. expensive rent for very old carpet, appliances. And windows are well beyond their lifespan. One building is renovated and it attracts the worst tenants with aggressive dogs and rampant, obvious drug use. Also no parking on site and no neighborhood parking nearby. Expect to get fined and towed all the time. Dog poop everywhere, management don't care."

"Horrible place to live. My car was broken into. Cops here often. The staff is probably the worst apartment staff in Utah. Won’t fix anything. Won’t respond to emails or voicemails. The rent is a lie. Expect to pay about 450$ more than it says online. No parking. Literally no parking and now they have started to fine you for parking wherever even though they don’t have enough spot’s for everyone. This place is a joke. The management is worthless. They will try to create a problem so they can report you as a problem instead of fixing problems you brought to their attention. I would happily pay more to live somewhere else to avoid the terrible staff. Also a lot of the apartments are very outdated. 40 yr old oven and stove. 20 yr old washer’s and dryers. The worst is the dishwasher that seems to be from the 80’s it cleans nothing. They also make up excuses why they can’t fix things. So you’re stuck with crap that doesn’t work. Also in the winter you can expect zero hot water. I mean zero. Like a 30 second shower and the hot water is gone."

"River Oaks is a very beautiful community. The landscaping has a very relaxing feel. The new renovations were a nice change and done very very well. The front office staff were very nice. There is a cute receptionist and the manager is 11/10, super nice guy. Any issue you do have, the complex takes care of immediately and make you feel as though your one little problem is life or death for them, which is really nice. We also want to mention how well taken care of the property is- clean and clear of trash or advertisements that a lot of companies are now making money on putting out signs on their properties. You won’t find that here. This property is one of the most quiet ones I’ve ever been to. I would recommend this place based on all this."

"My husband and I travel quite a bit for work so we’re always hotel hopping. We found the suites and it just felt like home. The staff was super friendly and treated us like family. You definetly get more for your money staying here than at a hotel. We loved the amount of space we got- fully equipped kitchen- large living space- separate bedroom- balcony- and even a washer and dryer. Plus they are pet friendly && can even give you a key to your own mailbox. Absolutely loved our stay here & highly recommend"
