"This winter my close family friend called me stressed out because her heater had stopped working. I helped her set things up to get it fixed. Raul showed up promptly at the scheduled appoitment time. He was incredibly knowledgeable about what he was doing and was able to resolve the problem quickly. He was patient with all of her questions and concerns and very kind. The level of professionalism and quality of work was the best she has seen in all the places she has lived. It puts my mind at ease to know she has been taken care of and we are both confident her heater problems are long in the past."

"I am a 3 year resident of Jordan River Apts. The atmosphere is friendly, inviting and incredibly quiet. I have no intentions of looking elsewhere to reside. Raul, our Maintenance man is the best. He really knows his stuff. He is trustworthy, reliable and personable. He will set up a time and actually show up on said date and time. He’s absolutely the icing on the cake. "I can’t say enough good things about our maintenance guy, Raul. He is simply amazing! I haven’t had heat since last Friday (it’s Thursday now), and I informed the property manager that I needed my thermostat looked at on least three occasions, with no response. I also posted the problem I was having on the property website, was told it was in review, and someone would get back to me. To this point, no one has contacted me. I called the maintenance line last night, and Raul called me back. We set up an appointment for this evening since I had purchased a space heater to keep my puppy and I warm, and I could wait until then. Raul came tonight, replaced my thermostat (I have heat!), and also fixed the hot water issue with my water heater. I had also let the property manager know there was a problem with hot water pressure, and that the hot water temp needed to be higher. Raul took care of everything, and he changed the furnace filter, and batteries in my smoke detectors. He was so diligent about getting everything done. He said he had never seen a hot water pipe as corroded as mine was. He used his drill to open up the pipe, and I now have a perfect hot water flow at a perfect temperature. Raul is a lifesaver to me on many levels. He is a great addition to the Peak Living maintenance team!!!"

"My wife and I managed and maintained this place for 3.5 years. It was a really nice little apartment complex. A good portion of the residents were long term residents. It's super close to a lot of shopping choices. There is a Cal-Ranch, Arbies, 7-11, Auto Zone, and much more within walking distance. The Jordan Landing shopping center is right down the road. There is a hotdog on a stick and a snow cone place walking distance during summer. Three out of the four Christmas's I worked there I had to plow snow twice on Christmas ( The only time I had to plow twice in a day ). It would take 8-10 hours to mow, blow, edge, and clean the planter beds. The complex was only about 15 years old so it didn't have to many major problems with it."
