"Stopped by on a Sunday to get a few stamps to mail some postcards before leaving Utah. I used the self-service machine since it was Sunday and obviously no one is working the counter. My transaction went well. I only gave this establishment 4 stars because it could definitely use some cleaning. It might of been a little of a disarray with trash because no one was working."

"I've lived at my current address for 3 years. Our mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address, or just completely disappears. Packages get delivered to the bank down the street instead of my house. I've gone into the post office and complained about missing/misdelivered mail. My most recent misdelivered package they were able to see where it was actually delivered but said they couldn't tell me where, I'd have to wait and see if they could get it back, if not I have to reorder the item. As for missing flat mail, without a tracking number there's nothing they can do. Missing at least 5 pieces of mail just this week. Insurance info, vehicle registration, and my kids school ID that is required for him to do testing next month, all gone. Unacceptable."

"First off, they don't deliver your package. I'm not saying anything gets stolen (medications, SHEIN, TEMU, AMAZON), it's lost in the mail. If they do deliver it, it will be damaged. The guy with the machine will be sure to run over your package. Second, try to call them and they will give you a confirmation number and do nothing about it. Third, if they ever call you back, they will hang up on you or even when LIVE says they are NOT TOO BUSY they still won't answer their phone. The management needs to be fired. I've never seen a post office run this badly."

"Staff is always so kind and helpful! Though there is times you have to wait in line for 15 minutes, just cuz they’re busy. Most every package I’ve gotten was in great shape, and arrived safe. Thanks guys for your hard work!"

"This was dropped off in my mailbox on Feb 19th 2023. Went in Feb 21st to complain due to the items being damaged and I had to go out of my way to get it refunded and reordered. Spoke with Jennifer and according to her this has been happening a lot with packages being delivered. I was supposed to get a call back the following day regarding what action was taken with the carrier for the items being crammed into my mailbox and I have not heard back from anyone. It has been over 2 weeks and nothing. Called today 03/13/2023 and Jennifer is not in which I understand we have a life outside of work and if you're busy at least call me to give me an update or at least acknowledge something is being done for these carriers doing this type of thing. This is unacceptable!"
