"First time trying Mo Bettahs and was really impressed. We had chicken and steak and loved both. We were avoiding carbs so didn't get any rice or Mac salad, but the meats were amazing flavors."
"Horrible customer service!! I was told it would be a 5 minute wait, which I was fine with that, but because I asked for no cabbage on any plates, I had to pull around front and wait. More than 20 minutes. There wasn't a car behind me or hardly anyone inside. The girl at the window was very rude. I was in hurry to get home to my family. You never know what people are going through. I work in customer service every day and I understand how hard it can be. I have never been treated so badly. I will not recommend this location to anyone. I was so disappointed. I have eaten here many times and never been treated this bad."
"My chicken was undercooked and when I addressed it with the manager she told me she thinks it’s “maybe okay” is what she said. When the issue was being addressed with the person on grill he loudly yelled the thermometer was lost and so he was doing the best he could."
"Food was good (mini plate, katsu chicken, Teri chicken, Mac salad, rice). Teri chicken was delicious sauce was perfect. Katsu chicken was good but the sauce was pretty much just ketchup. Mac was on point and you really can't screw up rice. Place was clean. Overall it was good definitely a fast food Hawaiian place but is way better than your regular fast burger joint."
"Good food. It's very very crowded, so I plan to get there early. The pork was really salty and some of the chicken was pink, but everything else was good. Clean places to sit down in. Service was okay."
