"I was really excited to eat here on our way to Cali, it has been what 13 years since the last, such a disappointment. Stood at counter for a good 5 mins before being acknowledged, then after we were told be right with you, it was 5 more minutes! We should have left and went somewhere else, but again, we didn't. The staff did not appear to be organized. The young woman at the grill was the only one who was moving with a sense of urgency. The fries were cold, the burger meh. The lobby was not very clean, nor were the tables. I had to wipe ours down. We definitely will not stop here again. Maybe we will try another location, who knows."

"It's a typical Jack in the box, so you already know what you're going to get when you go. Is it great? No. Is it bad? Nope. It's just average fast food. But what's up with making you go wait in front of the store when there is nobody else in line? If there were several cars behind me, I'd understand. But it was later, nobody was behind us and they still asked us to drive around. They also took a while. However, in my opinion and the reason I'm giving 4 stars vs 3 is that they provide a decent value on Quantity vs price. I'll go again."

"I finally found the chicken that didn't make it across the road. I think it was run over multiple times and left in the sun for days before it ended up in my sandwich. (Fyi - They have posted a 30-minute eat in time limit. If you do go for the bird, you might have to get it to go for lack of chew time)"

"Young girl named Evelyn took our order. She was so polite and nice. The food came out very quickly and was super fresh. This might be my favorite Jack in the box in the country. Awesome!"

"We stopped and were first timers to jack in the box. The kids were excited to try their burgers and tacos. We ended up getting a couple kids meals, some tacos and the spicy chicken sandwich. The kids liked the burgers. I thought for a kids meal it should have had a little more fries. The Spivey chicken sandwich had a good spice, enough lettuce and a couple tomatoes. I was impressed at first but then realized there wasn’t much chicken. The tacos were a little greasy but not too bad. Overall, we enjoyed it. My son loved the burger. The building should have been a little cleaner but the employees were friendly and patient."
