"Most incompetent crew I have ever seen in my life! Too stupid to do their jobs correctly, it is beyond astounding how dumb they are at this location! (Breakfast crew bf 10:30) And the manager is a shining example, it’s like she hired her siblings who are just a tad more stupid than her. Don’t waste time or money here. And I worked at McDonald’s for a few years so it’s not like I don’t get it. Just go to Taco Bell and save yourself the headache."
"Had an experience here where I was in the drive thru and asked for 4 sausage egg McMuffins, the lady said okay and put 4 sausage McMuffins on the screen, I politely said I asked for 4 sausage egg McMuffins and she said you’ll have to fix it at the window, she then said “you asked for just sausage McMuffins don’t lie” after fixing at the window I still received sausage muffins so I went in and waiting for 20 minutes while the workers were hugging what seemed to be family and friends before I got my correct order. Very disrespectful and needs to be fixed."
"I ordered 4 sausage egg mc muffins but when I received my order it was 4 sausage muffins. I called the store and talked to the manager , he quickly apologized and gave me 3 options to make it right. Mistakes happen I understand that . What impressed me was the manager not asking for a receipt and making me feel some type of way. He was professional and polite and that's why I continue to go back. Thank you mc Donald's"
"Is it really that hard to read the ticked? I ordered a double big Mac with extra pickles and onions. What do I get a normal big Mac with no extra anything. Sigh basic looking reading and understanding failed on all levels. Back in the day I worked at Mcdonalds... it should not be this bad."
