"The employees at this restaurant have no hustle. I watched to employees making one milkshake. One was just standing there chatting with the one actually working while they had people waiting at the counter. Does Burger King pay their employees to have personal conversations instead of helping their customers. Especially at busy times, this team needs to prioritize and hustle. If they could master those qualities it would improve everything monumentally."
"The mensroom hasn't been cleaned in I don't know how long, several months at least. The floor is sticky beyond reason, there is piss on the floor thats been there for weeks, the wall under the soap dispenser has probably never been washed. The point is, if they are okay with this mess where customers have to see it and deal with it, what are they doing behind the counter where customers can't see? I won't ever eat at this location, it's no wonder the wendy's across the street always has 4 times as much traffic."
"Food could be bomb if they didn’t serve old food. My mom got food poisoning after eating from here the other day and she is still sick. I will not be eating here again it’s not worth it can’t even eat it all cause it’s old food. The blonde haired manager is always onery."
"I love this burger King! They are always great. Their employees make an effort to be nice and to make your experience awesome, even if it's just thru the drive thru. I've only ever once had a bad experience there, with my chicken patty looking, feeling and tasting like it had been sitting there all day, but when I went in and let them know, they immediately made me a new sandwich, they apologized, and then they gave me a few large drink to make up for it. I really appreciated the effort they made to fix the problem. Also, I go get hash browns at least 2 times a week, and every time I do, they're always fresh. Thank you!"
"Ordered onion on my burger and got a nasty little ring of something called onion by burger King. They say they slice them fresh everyday but that's a lie. I watched the lady touch everything in the kitchen with bare hands and then proceed to handle all the food with no gloves! Gross!!!!!!!"
