7-Eleven

"During the Pride Weekend (6/4/2023), I happened to go to this 7 Eleven and got Mtw Dew Zero. He wouldn't give me a receipt, so I asked him how much it was and he said $3.49, but the following day, I noticed that $5.01 was charged. It's a small amount but I am concerned that the store clerk over charged every item that was bought by other customers not realizing they were over charged."

"Not surprised to see the 1 star reviews about the staff here. Gas pump gave no receipt so I went inside to get one and the young Indian man working there immediately got nasty and condescending with me. He kept asking how much I want to pay. I said I already paid and I need a receipt for pump 4. I was also the ONLY car at the pumps. His tone just got angrier, so my tone matched his. He just kept repeating that I don't understand and how do I want 10, 20, 50, 150.... I literally had to go take a photo of the amount I paid and come back inside AGAIN because he was somehow incapable of printing a receipt for pump 4 like every other gas station in America. Extremely rude and frustrating."

"Went in the street entrance. Learned our lesson to park in the free lot, signs everywhere (we were in a truck) we just choose to pay instead. Gorgeous store, lots of inventory. We were asked by a nice lady shopping what we needed (clearly we were from out of town), she was kind and pointed us in the direction of the vitamins. Again pretty good selection. And a huge plus for nice customers!!"

"I was downtown grub hub in and it needed to pick up a charger so my phone when it die and go to the 7-Eleven at this woman is working behind the counter and he has a table propped up for her two-year-old son . This was one in the morning I am shocked that manager was allowed this to happen. I had to go back to the 7-Eleven to return this phone magnetic that I bought and she said you need to come back tomorrow morning I don’t know how to do a return. And literally threw the box towards me I cannot believe the customer service and honestly I feel so sorry for that little boy"

"They didn't have any lids for their bigs gulps and that was something being advertised on sale. So by the time I got home I completely lost ahold of my big gulp and dumped it all in the doorway. All over the door and the skid plate. And all on the carpet outside my apt. And all over the floor on the inside. And liquid was under the skid plate so it would start to run out more after I'd be done cleaning it I had to keep cleaning it again as soda pop is sticky so I couldn't just wipe it up. My shoes was sticky. Anyway. The 711 by my home is awesome coz they always have chai tea In the machine like with the hot chocolate and cappuccino is. Well I can never get enough it seems like...but this store is always out of so many things I'm not sure if the orders are enough for what they'll need. Or if it's because of the covid. And it's a busy store especially when there isn't gas at this convenient store. But the clerk was cool and let me pay as If I used my app. Coz all there systems aren't working and could only take cash payment. So I couldn't do my own check out. But he was cool. So I saved a lot $1 any size hot beverage. Plus I got a $1 off for using the app so 2 xlarge chai teas for $1.25. I can't complain."
