"I order gifts from edible arrangements all the time and I have received some of the fruit bouquets in the past, which are great. The one I got this time was also great. The low rating is bc the additional bouquet of flowers I received was not in good condition. The flowers all around the edges were discolored and wilted. It literally looked like one of those days old “left behind” bouquets from the grocery store that no one would buy. I typically don’t like leaving bad ratings, but I honestly don’t think this bouquet should have been delivered as is, and because of this I will not order any floral bouquets from edible arrangements in the future. I think they should stick to the fruit and edible bouquets. This was a gift from my friend and I didn’t have the heart to tell her she overpaid for discolored, wilted flowers."
"I've ordered twice, both for gift deliveries. A large fruit arrangement last Thanksgiving and a dessert Birthday arrangement this week. Both perfect. I live across the country in New York. Communication, delivery and presentation is very important to me. I also like to support a local business. This independently owned Edible Arrangements checked all the boxes. Jill and Sydney were super helpful and went above and beyond in service. Thank you! I will definitely be ordering again!"
"Sydney was fantastic, superb service....her customer service skills are excellent. My arrangement looked like an identical twin of the picture on the website. She even went beyond regular service to ensure my first experience was perfect and added grapes even though they don't usually do it anymore. Perfect job. Would have given 10 stars if I could. Worth the drive across the valley"
"I got exactly what I ordered right on time and I’m grateful for this location for putting my order together on such short notice. The only problem was when I arrived the person I talked to said it would be brought to my car shortly. However the woman who had my order just stayed inside the store and instead called me to come to her instead. I can tell she was having a bad day because she gave me a lot of attitude and wasn’t being very cooperative. Otherwise I’ve never had any problems with Edible Arrangements and I’ll continue to shop here despite this minor inconvenience."
