"I know an employee who has been working there 4 years and always been a hard worker- one of the most hard working employed by the company. They do not give this employee the respect deserved or earned for as much time as they dedicate to the company. New hires get promotional bonuses rather than this employee who's been there longer. Any employer should not treat employees as if they are expendable because those employees are the driving force of their business."
