"I have been with pheonix rebellion for 7 months. I had been in therapy for a year prior to pheonix and I switched to pheonix for their ART. I completely recommend, ART was very successful to work through some of my unconscious triggers and childhood trauma. My therapist Danny was amazing (she has moved on and no longer works there). I loved it so much that I encouraged my husband to seek a therapist and he completely loves his therapist from pheonix and I have seen some great improvements in his mental health."

"Well worth the wait to get in. Making quick progress. I feel really confident with my therapist. She is so proactive and just so great and at what she does- Quickly switching from EMDR and other methods for progress fast. I feel very comfortable and supported so happy to have found this place."

"NEVER USE THEM. THEY WILL SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS FOR BILLS YOU HAVE PAID 6 MONTHS AGO!!! I now have to take time out of my day to deal with this. Thanks for the added anxiety and mental stress. Edit: Thank you for that disheartening reply and the insinuation I have not paid my bills. Really great services you provide. Edit 2: They also gave me the wrong phone number to call. Edit 3: They wouldn't fix the billing issue or communicate with me. I had to work with the collections agency to get this bill resolved as they were the only ones answering calls. Once I sent the collections agency the proof of all payments, the collection agency got them to correct their records. They clearly weren't going to fix it without the pressure of the collection agency. It took almost a full two months for them to cancel the collections and fix their billing."

"Please DO NOT go to this clinic. I read the reviews and decided to still give this place a chance because I was desperate for some help as someone with PTSD, and I really wish I would have believed all the negative reviews. First, I was billed $195 for a 10 minute virtual “assessment” they require in order to meet with a therapist, even though I already knew which therapist I wanted to meet with. Then went I went to meet with the therapist, she was 10 minutes late, her office was a mess, she caused me extreme distress, forced me to do EMDR only a few minutes into meeting me, and when her time was up, she left me by telling me I might “drive my car off the street” AKA putting suicidal thoughts in my mind. I was left even more traumatized, billed $390 to my insurance & left with a bill that was still extremely more than what this clinic initially told me it would be (they gave me their codes to give to my insurance and I did but was still charged more than what they said it would be). This place is a scam. They don’t care about their patients. They cause much more harm than good. I’m so sad I trusted these people to help me. I was better before I walked in their door and left in tears & with so much damage. They cannot be trusted and please don’t be like me and ignore the reviews in hopes that your experience will be different than all the others. Yours will be the same so please go somewhere else because you deserve to be treated better, with kindness, fairness, and you deserve to heal. Please please please save yourself the time, money, and trauma and do not go to this clinic."

"UPDATE: So I did end up rescheduling and trying to see a therapist. My therapist there was great. He was giving me the help that I needed and I'm bummed that I had to stop seeing him after only a few sessions. Anyway, while my therapist was super helpful, kind, and professional; my experience working with their receptionist was awful. She's rude and honestly kind of careless. Ultimately, the reason why I ended up deciding to go elsewhere was because I was charged for a late cancellation. I called and cancelled because another unrelated medical bill came out during the weekend and because of that I couldn't afford the $40 copay. I understand that it was a late cancellation, but again, I was planning to attend the appointment until I saw that I didn't have the money. When I called to cancel the appt, I spoke with that same incompetent receptionist (I wish I could remember her name!) failed to remind me that there is a $100-something cancellation fee. This is a place that is supposed to specialize in trauma. I have significant memory problems due to PTSD and severe ADHD. I'm certain that is documented in my chart. It is NOT trauma-informed to expect people with memory problems to remember such things. Even restaurants tell you when something is extra. My chiropractor's office informed me of a late cancellation fee when I accidentally missed an appt, and I paid it. I will NOT be paying the late cancellation fee that they are charging me to either PRT or a debt collection agency. I dare them to take me to court over it. Also, PRT LIED in their response. I called them on that Saturday when I was scheduled for an intake and left a voicemail. THEY no-showed ME. Their response isn't even consistent with what I actually said. I doubt that they take Saturday appointments to "accommodate" clients. That's so slimy. PRT is almost as bad as Valley Behavioral Health. They scheduled me for an intake on a day when they are apparently closed, according to the hours listed here. I couldn’t get the link to work, but eventually got Zoom to work and the person with whom I was meeting never came on. I called them several times and got sent to voicemail. After reading the reviews on here, and Phoenix Rebellion’s passive aggressive generic responses, it sounds like I’m dodging a bullet by going elsewhere. I’ve never been required to have a credit card on file just to schedule an appt, that should have been a red flag. I regret doing so because they’ll likely charge me a no-show fee for THEIR mistake. Which I’m happy to dispute in court. I left them a voicemail so there is evidence that I called and tried to attend my appointment. Might call my HSA admin and block my card. I shouldn’t be surprised, but for a place that claims to specialize in trauma work, this is not very trauma-informed of you."
