"Cynthia was the woman who greeted me and she was very personable and very knowledgeable. The company is an aromatherapy supply store. They don't sell essential oils but do provide all products associated with essential oils including business books on how to start your own essential oils business the A to Z products and knowledge to start your own business. The general manager Jason Plant is a pleasure to speak with. they have a well-oiled machine! ( no pun intended). Highly recommend."
"very bad experience. The counter staff basically know nothing about the discount code. I have to figure out myself and kept my books at the counter first. after checking which another counter staff than she told me is only available in online purchase. Than i return to the earlier staff to make my payment, he did not keep my books and they are gone. Very irresponsible person. And I have to grab them again. And this staff damage my book. who will want to get a damage new book! never shop at oil life again! my experience with aromatools are much much better."
