"I went to Dr Grover for the first 20 weeks of my pregnancy and finally got the courage to switch, and I’m so grateful I did! She’s nice- but it’s just so busy there and I never felt cared for as a patient. I always had to wait over an hour to even be pulled back into a room, (the fastest time was 45 minutes). Once in a room, it was usually another 20-30 minute wait before she would come on, then I always felt like Dr Grover only had 5 minutes to spare, and never felt truly listened and understood as a patient. It was overall not a good experience. I asked around on Facebook that I was looking for a new OB and received an overwhelming amount of people who also had really bad experiences with Dr Grover and her office, and was so grateful I switched to a new doctor that was recommended to me. I had an amazing experience with a different doctor and wouldn’t recommend Dr Grover or her office."

"Dr. Grover literally saved my life. I had a rare uterine infection that flared up after giving birth. This infection had an 100% mortality rate and only one known survivor. She did her research and did not give up on me. She stayed home from her family's lake powell trip to make sure I was okay while I was in the ICU. I've recovered to be totally normal and I owe so much to Dr. Grover. Can not recommend her enough."

"Dr Grover has been my ob/gyn for the last ten years. I’ve had 3 babies with her and they were all great experiences. I liked that she was very calm and that she listened to my concerns and would take the time to explain things that I had questions about."

"I’m in the middle of my pregnancy so I haven’t experienced delivery with Dr. Grover yet. I’ve enjoyed meeting with her as the pregnancy progresses, starting at about 10 weeks. This is my first pregnancy after a loss so emotions are high for me. I’ve also been pretty sick and needed additional medical support to keep myself and the baby healthy. Dr. Grover has been kind, patient, and calm during our visits. I feel understood and heard when I express concerns and anxiety about my pregnancy. She’s been a great support during the first ultrasound and fetal heartbeat checks, and has advocated for me to get on a prescription that is actually helping me manage the nausea/vomiting. Before this pregnancy I was meeting for a couple years with NP Jennifer booth, who is also very professional, listens to my concerns, and is straight forward. Office staff and Dr. Grover’s medical assistant are also very professional and pleasant. I had a less than pleasant experience with NP Andrea Driggs when we met at my first prenatal appointment. I explained that I was worried about the baby developing because I was losing so much weight (between week 5 and 6 I had already lost 6 lbs; i am normal BMI and 5’4”). She grabbed my thigh fat and said “trust me, you have more than enough.” Discussing my concerns with the vomiting and weight loss, she also told me that maybe I’m just over-sensitive, referencing that my reaction to the cervical exam was not normal. Maybe she didn’t mean it to come across this way, but it sure felt invalidating in the moment. I also wished she had read my chart, because then she would’ve known that although this is my second pregnancy, I don’t have any living children. She made some light-hearted comments about how pregnancy is hard with a little one at home, which wasn’t inherently hurtful but did not meet my expectation of sensitivity from an OB office."

"I had three babies under Dr. Grover's care and each time was a great experience. The nurses and staff are very kind and concerned and I never had any problems with billing. Sometimes the wait was longer, sometimes shorter, but in my experience there is a reason busy doctors are busy--people have heard how good they are and want them for a doctor. My pregnancies were high risk due to my health and Dr. Grover was so careful and knowledgeable and I always felt like all my bases were covered. She is a capable and gifted physician and even though I have moved cities, I drive back to Provo to see her."
