"Well who doesn't love Bath & Body Works! I could hangout there all day just smelling stuff. I like that they have a greeter at the door to lead you to the right direction if you are looking for something in particular. I only wish the sales weren't so intermittent and you that you didn't have to catch the sale. I wish the prices would just stay reasonable all the time. It can be frustrating. I suppose this is the case with any store. But it seems to be more hit and miss with Bath & Body. Sometimes it is hard to get to there on a sale day and then you are out of luck until the next one. I realize you can order online too. But that's risky if you haven't smelled the scent yet. Anyways, I do love this store!"

"The customer service was absolutely AMAZING! My problem is that I went in on September 12th and they only had one Halloween soap available. It was "Moonlit Graveyard " and I bought 5 because it was all they had... but we hate the smell. When I checked out, the salesperson told me they started selling Halloween in July! I mean, seriously... we aren't even through Summer and we are selling out of Halloween? I was very disappointed in the selection. I drove 30 minutes specifically for Halloween soaps."
