"EDIT: Was contacted shortly after this review was left. The nurse was very informative and I am relieved to get this over with. I look forward to meeting Dr. Pieper and hope to add a 5 star review like those before me Previous review: I Decided to schedule a biopsy with Dr Pieper because of the great reviews. This was 3 weeks ago. Since then, I’ve heard so many reasons why I’ve still not received a call to schedule an appointment. I keep hearing “well it’s going to be a while before your seen here so...” I’ve explained my understanding how specialists work and know my appointment will be scheduled quite far out. Still it’s going to take even longer if I keep waiting to even schedule my appointment in the first place. I feel like I’m receiving the run around, if I’m not “important enough to perform the procedure “ (as the receptionist stated) then please let me know so I can find someone else. I’m not the person who ordered the biopsy, my doctor did. The least the Dr. can do is have her nurse make a quick phone call and let me know you’ve received my referral and are reviewing it. To you it may not be “as important “ as other patients but I’m still afraid and this is a big deal, and everyday that passes is a day farther away from receiving a diagnosis and starting treatment."
