"I had an after hours medical need. Since my doctor was closed I went to this CareNow. It was a good experience. I thought the doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. All the staff was amazing too! Thank you for getting me back on track to good health."

"I came in for a follow up. I arrived at 3pm. I was told it would be an 1.5 hour wait. I was finally seen at 7:45pm. Dr Lawson is awesome. The people in the reception area; Sondra, who answered the phone and Graciella, the MA are rude, non-caring and lack compassion. There were no clean pens avaand the bathroom was dirty and had feces all over the toilet."

"Need to value people’s time. They come to urgent care because something’s bothering them. They have taken off from work also. Or need to get back to work so want to feel better! May be they haven’t had food and feeling weak. Poorly run business. They need to hire more doctors. Even after web check in and appointment, ridiculous amount of wait in lobby. Then put in a room to wait. After nurse saw me, doctor came after 1 hour! I had to apologize at work because I wasn’t expecting to miss whole day of work and other appointments. They need to change the name. They take payment before taking you inside for whatever reason."

"I came to the clinic to do an employment drug screen. When I walked in at 2:00, I was the ONLY patient. I was told that it would be a 30-minute wait. How difficult can it be to print a label, affix it to a container, hand the container to me to pee into, and to retrieve it when I am done? Two of the receptionist were CONSTANTLY texting with three visiting with each other at times. Must be an easy place to work at! Amazing that there is a wait when there are no patients. At 2:15 two patients walked out. This clinic is definitely badly run. One would assume that with the negative reviews the office manager would shape the place up. It is now 2:30, 30 minutes later, one additional patient in the clinic, and I am still waiting. WOW"
