"They fired T and now have Mary Ann who managed Aspen walk I suggest you look at reviews about Mary Ann on there first before moving here. She is trying to charge me 145$ for two rooms to have the carpet cleaned even though it wasn’t done before I moved in. Barbra is the absolute best and I’m sad I only got to have her as an office manager for a short time. I will be sending a demand letter with pictures included of roaches in the carpet the day I moved in with the time stamp matching my move in date. Shes also bribing tenants to give 5 star reviews for money off their rent. Do what this information what you will."

"The Prairie has come a long way! I lived here before new management years ago and it’s definitely being ran better this time around. They are super understanding and patient with their tenants. They understand when life just gets in the way and they are huge on communication! I’d say if you are looking for somewhere to start a family or establish some rental history, this would be a great place to start!"

"Pretty decent apartments. I’ve been here since August of last year and everything has gone well. It’s peaceful other than the kiddos every once in awhile but kids are kids lol. There is a little park and fenced area for your animals , as well as a pool. The maintenance men are friendly and are willing to help you with anything you need."

"I've only been here 6 months as of now but they have been professional, polite, and you can tell they have making leaps to continue improving with the new management. I've struggled with serious health issues and they worked with me. I did have a horrible plumbing issue shortly after moving in that resulted in several floods but they came immediately, cleaned it all up and worked on figuring out the issue. After several attempts, they finally narrowed down the issue and got it fixed. I appreciate that they were honest each time and said we "think" this is it but call us if it's not. It was a sporadic thing but they didn't just claim it was fixed and leave."
