"Looking to move! The lady in the office was so sweet and polite! I absolutely loved her!! But When I went to look at a model... I opened all the cabinets and saw about a total of 14 dead roaches in all. Looked roomy and clean inside. But I don’t like the idea of roaches crawling all over my dishes and food."

"We moved in August of 2022 and to say I can tell Rene'e and Amber are doing amazing would be an understatement. Upon moving in there were a few things that caught us off guard, per the roaches, but by November 2022 it was no longer a nuisance. In fact, as of today, August 2023, we have not seen one roach since January '23. It takes time to wipe away the faults of previous management and sticking it out we are big believers Rene'e and Amber are the best apartment managers you are going to get these days. We do feel like family. Any maintenance request has always been taken care of in the same day the issue was reported, A/C is so cold I consider turning it off sometimes (it's Oklahoma though, I'm not doing that lol), and they've truly made us feel safer and cleaner by ensuring residents keep animals on a leash and pickup after them. Do not hate on a place because it looks dated on the outside, because 9 times out of 10, its updated on the inside. And as for the one review I had read of the apartment being different than the model they looked at, nothing is going to be exactly the same as the example you're shown. As first time renters we toured the model and of course thought that's what we would get, but we understand that we didn't have and rental history so naturally we were moved into the original buildings. I imagine the original buildings are the one bedrooms and the new buildings are the 2-3 bedrooms, but don't quote me. To wrap it up, we love where we are living and love how management is turning the place around!"

"Check out the view from Yukon Heights, things are looking bright! I have lived here for nearly 9 years now and can tell you first hand, property management makes a BIG difference! Having been through several, I can honestly say that the team in charge now have shown over the last 6 months that they are here to make this a place we who live here can feel safe and have a sense of community. The office staff, Rene’e and Amber, are friendly, accommodating and have a way of making you feel like Yukon Heights “family”. They addressed issues they inherited from past management and had them all (about 10) remedied in the first month they were here. I personally have never been infested with roaches here but have seen them over the years. Some years more than others. This management seems serious about tackling that. Beyond regular spraying they have also implemented trash valet service. I’ve seen 1 roach in the last 6 months! My AC works great and sometimes gets a bit too cold(just saying) I’m excited to see the positive difference that the new owners and management will continue to make in our community! After having been asked to write a review to get their rating up I was happy to do so due to the great ladies in the office.While the apartments are satisfactory, the new owners, given time, have shown they care nothing about the tenants."

"Just wanting to share the news that Yukon Heights Apartments is under new ownership and management and that my experience with them has been fantastic. Under previous management it took 6 weeks to get my a/c coils cleaned and cool air coming from it, and 10 1/2 months to get a leaky and constantly dripping bathtub faucet fixed. And despite monthly sprays, roaches have been a constant problem. Fast forward to now: my air conditioner failed on a Friday afternoon and I reported it at 3:00 p.m., thinking nothing would be done until the following week at best. But the new management had someone up and working on it within an hour. And when multiple attempts at a fix didn't work, they called in a pro HVAC guy who determined that the unit was old and worn out and couldn't be permanently fixed. A brand new unit for my apartment was ordered that very day (Friday), and by noon on Monday it had been installed. I couldn't have been happier with their efforts to resolve this issue. With regard to the roaches, the new management here has sent notice to residents that professional exterminators will be on site for a week beginning 7-22, and they've told me that this is just the beginning. They intend to work as long as it takes and to do whatever is necessary to rid the complex of them completely. So I'd urge anyone thinking of moving here to ignore complaints of the past. The people responsible for those problems are no longer here and my experience with the new owners and managers here is that they are genuinely committed to turning this place around and make it a nice place to live."
