"Did not honor my Veteran father. Also had to pay the $25 pet fee because ESA is not a service dog. ..$135 total. (Checked in at 3am)The water to the toilet was off. Turned it on it is broken so water just ran and made noise. The lady was nice and gave us a noon checkout....pillows were comfortable"

"THINK TWICE ABOUT STAYING HERE!!!!!!!! I have stayed in many best western hotels when I travel with my work. I've never had any issues with any of them except this one. I had the privacy sign on my door and when I went back to my room after work, I noticed housekeeping had went into my room even though I had the "do not disturb " tag on the door. I went to the front desk to lodge a complaint with the manager. The girl at the front desk went and told the manager what happened. The next person I see is the same girl at the front desk informing me that house keeping goes inn the rooms every other day and that is "mandatory" and that house keeping just ignores the privacy sign on the door. The manager of the hotel didn't even bother to take the time to come out from his office to talk to me. And to make matters wows, when I got home I realized that part of my medication has been stolen. The last time I check, privacy sign means no entrance."

"This place is wonderful it was very quiet, felt safe, clean no trash in the parking lot. It's right by a braums, CVS, Dollar general & 711, down the street from many places to shop, eat & exercise (fitness centers) lovley parks with long walking trails Near Craft Cannabis the Best place you can by your Medical Marijuana. The only downside is your right on the highway so at peak traffic expect to stay in the room or have hell getting in & out. The room was very clean, was a decent size, staff was nice. The hotel had a clean pool & hottub open 10-10, Gym, Smoking rooms, Free Breakfast with cereal, milk, yogurt, eggs, hash browns, sausage, (no bacon) juice, pancakes ( no waffle maker w batter like I saw in photos) a coffee bar that could make cappuccino, espresso, lattes. I personally think the rooms could be a bit larger & the smoking rooms need aired out a bit before putting the next costumer in but we were just happy to have a smoking room & a wonderful stay. If you don't like footsteps ask for upstairs. This place is worth the money."

"The front desk staff was very hospital, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK. The staff for the breakfast area did the bare minimum. They were also out of some things or at least didn't replenish them. There were plenty of different drinks available. The room was clean and comfortable, except the thermostat kept it warmer than what was set. The locks on the doors need some adjustment, which was a bit concerning. There is parking in front of some of the rooms, which is very convenient if you are a heavy packer."
