"Great staff and great maintenance team!!! Been living here for the last 7 years every time I have a problem in my unit I would call it in and almost always it will be fixed that same day. Great communications from management down to maintenance team! Today was a really cold day and my heater went out. Within 2 hours it’s fixed! Great people. I highly recommend this apartment."
"I lived at this apartment with no issues, until neighbors below me moved in and called the cops frequently, despite us not being home majority of the time. There’s a security guard, in which you are not aware of security at the time of move in. He’s very disrespectful, and made you feel unsafe. We have videos of him coming by our apartment, when we weren’t home; taking photos , and appeared to be listening by the door. Terrible gnat problem, frequent flooding in bathroom, our apartment always smelled like marijuana, even though we didn’t smoke; seems like the vents were shared, and we have terrible allergies and asthma. Thin walls and floors; you can hear any and everything going on with neighbors you shared walls and floors with. Trash Thrown outside in breezeways. I was very disappointed at the way that our move out was handled by Alex, my husband and I came too her about our concerns with these specific neighbors, and the security guard; she voiced there was nothing she could do. We specifically pointed out that we felt unsafe. I ended up having to reach out to the manager of the property myself, and she definitely helped us, and accommodated our move out! We love Layne she was always so understanding and helpful!"
"Every time I have a maintenance issue it's always promptly taken care of. Staff is friendly and compassionate. The grounds are kept very nice all throughout the year. The pool is well maintained and always clean. Security is always there to handle any issues. I absolutely love living here. It's close to everything and in a great neighborhood."
"Lived here for a year and a half. Never had any issues and the staff was usually quick to help with anything. Besides the laundry room needing a little work, it was great and I’d recommend it to others."
