"This apartment complex is actually not that bad! We are at the end of our first 6 month lease here and here are a few of the highlights: $950 for a decent size two-bedroom - with $90 of the electric paid. Have had only one maintenance issue. It was fixed the very next day. Actually, our apartment (inside) is better structurally than my friend who pays $1090 at Isola Bella. Our apartment had new all black appliances when we moved in. During the summer, our A/C kept the apartment at 65 everyday! The grounds are not littered with trash everywhere. They have come and sprayed every month. Karen and the other office lady are super nice and very understanding. You can even text them and they get right back to you. I actually feel safe here. I don't know many of my neighbors but getting home about 11:45 at night I am not scared to walk to my apartment. Some people have lived here for 5+ years. * Yes it is old. You can tell that for a long time before Karen took over it was very neglected. But you can see that they are trying to fix it up. Yes parking can be stressful at times but I am not worried about anything happening to my car. It is not that bad as some of the reviews have said. There are ALOT of worse apartments out there. LOL you don't see Charlemagne on KFOR In your corner for not paying the water or trash bill!!"

"My fiancé and I had a 6 month lease, We started paying month to month the last 2 months. However my fiancé lost his job unexpectedly, We were un able to pay rent. but we had a puppy that didn’t even way more than 5lbs They wanted us to pay 400 for her but also 900 for our apartment not only did this apartment have roaches, the heater and ac didn’t work, and dishwasher and toilet stop and the police being there every week, They wanted us to pay for a month that we wouldn’t be there for,so to add a extra 900. We have decided to move into a family member’s place because we weren’t able to pay for it, But said they would take us to court for this issue. Definitely not recommend this place to anyone even if your struggling."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Child predators, druggie, and roaches, bedbugs they have 24 hr Maintenance men who don't know how to fix things stay away at your own costs"

"I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about 4-5 years and it is horrible. Domestic abuse right next door and it took me at the age of 16 to call the police. Management was well aware of this issue as well and ignored it. The manager with short brown hair is incredibly rude and aggressive and has zero empathy for others. They will refuse to give you written or printed forms whether it be for a bill, notice, etc. Apartments aren’t perfect but they should still be decent and this complex has horrible management, atmosphere, and cleanliness. Health Department should be called because the amount of infested apts is unacceptable."
