"This is a newer clean hotel and the staff is very friendly, but there is little to no insulation between rooms. My husband and I could hear the person above us stomping around for over an hour and the person to the left of us blaring their phone the evening of our stay. The following morning we could hear the person on the other side of banging around for some time around 7am. Like I said it is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's in a safe area, but it is loud."
"The location is the best part. Room was clean but Saturday morning and the future bites...2 coffee pots, no coffee because no manager was on site to dump the grounds. Seriously. Packaged kids food was the only "breakfast" available. Not torturing myself like this again."
"I booked a room on booking, when I came to check in, the receptionist was completely rude to me, she put her feet on the table and did not want to receive guests even though I greeted her, the manager can check the camera at 4:30-5pm dec 26, I was very patient to check in but she talked loudly and looked down on me because I wasn't fluent in English. The first time I went to meet an employee who did such a bad job, I was extremely disappointed. Hope , I hope the manager should check again !"
"Everything you want is near here it seems. Lots of nearby dinning too. Rooms are clean and new, we had two rooms, both very clean. Microwave near lobby not in rooms. Bean to cup coffee,(gooood) and creamer dispensers. Personally witnessed the entire lobby and patio seating sanitized."
