"I was there for 2 years, had problems with my A/C they came by multiple times to “fix” never did. My bill for a 2 bedroom was over $300 every month in the summer…the management does not care about the tendants only about the money. My carpet going into my girls room was shredded in the door way from previous owners and when I first moved in they were supposed to fix it. In the two years I was there they never did. I went through 2 from 2021-2023 new managements and it got worse and worse. My car got broken into. In the winter my pilot light went out and I called and called and they never came to fix so my boyfriend ended up doing it cause it was in the middle of December with no heat! I have lived there previously before 2017-2018 and it was great had no problems but when I moved back in definitely worst mistake. Ya prices are cheap but you get what you paid for. Towards the end of my stay in April of 2023 they kept “losing” peoples rent money just to make them pay again. Good thing I always kept my receipts."

"We had an electrical fire a little over 2 month ago, the firemen broke my daughters bedroom window to get smoke out of the apartment. The maintenance man was called that night for this emergency and he was there. We were told he would be there the next day to make the repairs to the damages caused by this issue. Not only did he never show not even the property manager come by or talk to us. The maintenance man has been here several times since for pest control and other repairs, he did not board the window per my request and told me he would add me to the other work orders for all the other busted windows on this property. That was a month ago. We call and call the office no answer…my electric bill is extremely high because of this and my daughter had to put her bed in the living room because when the wind blows the window gets worse and could shatter on her while she sleeps not to mention how hot it is in there. My AC cannot keep up because we are air conditioning the outside. Someone needs to respond to me ASAP to resolve this ongoing unnecessary issue that could easily be fixed."

"New management is extremely nosey. It seems like every 3 weeks they come up with a reason to inspect my friend's apartment. They've sprayed for bugs 4 times in the last 3 months and now they're inspecting for gas leaks? Like we don't know what natural gas smells like! I feel they are totally invading the privacy of the tenants. There any lawyer out there that would like to start a class action lawsuit? These residents are tired of being violated..."

"I've lived here 7 months and now have had 5 managers, I've been broken into twice and nothing was done by the complex. I suffered one week during 100+ degree weather without electricity. When the electricity was powered back on the A/C Unit was down for another 2 weeks. Currently human waste is secreting from the pipes, and has officially flooded my bathroom and kitchen. My front door doesnt even latch properly.... Not to mention one of my windows was broken from someone trying to enter my home while i was there. THEY TOOK 3 months to replace it and it took a lot of encouraging.. I called corporate more than a dozen times and finally I Pursued a lawyer when i threatend them with court they finally sent someone out to replace my window and fix my air.. since the sewage situation ive called the better business bureau and the health department.. NOW its time to call news channel 4. this place can suck it."
