Yukon on 15th

"I do not recommend moving into these apartments. They are calling these luxury apartments when they are very far from luxury. The trash compactor is always broken causing trash to pile up for days. There is absolutely nothing updated about these apartments they're very outdated. The fitness center only has three machines and they're all cardio. My fridge broke and ruined three hundred dollars worth of food, and they refuse to replace the food and then replaced my broken refrigerator with another broken refrigerator. They like to raise everyone's rent without doing any updates And they are charging way more than what the apartments are worth. A dog that lives here killed another dog in front of my children and they did nothing about it. The pool is small and it's never clean and it's only open about half the summer. The fan in my bedroom has caught on fire twice, once after they replaced it so they had to come replace it again. Now my closet light doesn't work properly and i'm terrified that there is a wiring issue and its gonna catch on fire. I have been here for a year and a 1/2. And I'm telling you right now, do not move in here, it is a trap."

"This place was nice at first and staff seemed friendly enough. But towards the last 2 months of my lease they were gonna charge almost 2x as much for rent if we renewed our lease. They told us that within a month of our lease being up. So we went looking for a new place only to be told we need 2 months of notice and they expect us to stay 2 months past our lease paying 1500-1800 per month after our lease. We agreed upon 1200 at the start of the lease only to have that much for like a month or 2 only for it to raise even more every mo th until we are almost paying 1600 for our last half month so not even a full month they expect us to pay for basically 3 months when we have 2 weeks left"

"I lived in a 4 bedroom upstairs. Absolutely loved it living there. Felt safe, not a overly huge complex. Admins were great. Maintenance was excellent, issue addressed in 1to 2 days. Every 3 months they sprayed for bugs. Not a standard for other complexes. Highly reccomend this place"

"One of those you get what you pay for type situations.. We moved in March 2017. Maintenance has been quick fixing issues. The AC doesn't cool down the master well, but I am assuming it is because the sun hits our master windows. Also, the windows are old so insulation is bad. They have groundsmen who clean the grassy areas so my section is also clean. I can not speak for the back of the complex because I do not go back that way. I do wish they would stay on the neighbors about junky porches. The only bugs my building seems to attract are ants. I do wish they would powerwash the stairs and porches more in the summer.. kids + ice cream = ants! The office staff is friendly and calls back quickly when there are issues. Overall, I do not have many complaints and I have enjoyed my apt.. Can't beat the low rent prices if you are on a budget. I do not lease one of the tax credit units but who can beat 3beds for under $900 in a good school district!"
