"Place is alright, neighbors are great. TERRIBLE staff, to begin with day one that I moved in all my groceries and kitchen ware was taken by an employee. When I called office they offered a 60 dollar rent credit for a non returned blender. This was middle of March 2020 beginning of COVID of course I trashed those dishes. Then middle of august 100 degree weather and it took them over a month for my AC to be fixed. They did offer a window unit in the living area so that put me at sleeping in the living room for over a month. Just stay away."
"I have friends that live here and they have been without heat and water for weeks. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They do not care about you, they have been calling and calling and the office will not return their phone calls or come and fix the situation. It has been below freezing outside and they will not provide them with heat or water which is against the law. Currently looking into taking legal action against this place, avoid here at all costs."
"These reviews are fake! Check the times when left. Plus check the other reviews these so called people left. All are for other apartments saying they love living there. Not sure why you'd live in multiple places at once and the reviews are for all the same places! Lol fake fake fake"

"The townhouse is decently priced and has great potential. The neighbors are nice and the area is kid friendly. That being said, the staff is terrible and the entire place is not well kept. Garbage covers the ground and the grass usually gets 2 ft tall before it gets mowed. The staff never comes out when they say they will and they never tell you when they are coming either. They have "lost" my key twice now and they use that as an excuse to not be able to get into my apartment to fix things. I didn't have a bathroom floor for over a month and it took them 3 weeks to fix my air conditioner. This past Wednesday evening I discovered some baby animals were stuck in my fireplace, I called that evening to let management know about it. Now it is Sunday and I STILL have baby animals stuck in my fireplace. I have spent my weekend listening to them cry and try to scratch themselves out as they slowly die. If you are an EXTREMELY patient person, this place would be good for you, If you are like me and HATE getting the run around, DO NOT MOVE here!!!"
