The Vista

"My brother and I recently moved in and so far it has been great! Stephanie has been so helpful compared to other places we looked at. From signing the lease to moving in and after moving in, we felt like we were a top priority. I have to say the gated parking is a huge plus. The apartment is clean and new looking, and it’s more spacious than the pictures let on. Can’t beat the location. We definitely lucked out with this place in a short notice decision to move!"

"I came to tour the Vista with my locator , Stephanie showed me two units of course i chose the one with a Balcony and pretty nice view.. she answered all my questions and was very sweet it was a fast process and i moved in pretty quickly!! it's plenty of restaurants underneath also a movie theatre across from us i love living here so far very nice neighbors and staff ... Also for the price you'll get everything you need i wouldn't pass up on it !!"

"Over the past year of living at The Vista it’s been an amazing experience! The staff is absolutely phenomenal!!! From the moment we moved in and Stephanie helped with making the moving process so easy. From management to the maintenance crew, everyone is so friendly and will go above and beyond to help when it’s needed. Plus, the community feel of the neighbors is awesome. "When my partner and I were looking for a new place to live after a very stressful and unfortunate situation we thought there were no good apartments or property management companies left in Dallas until we stumbled upon The Vista, it seemed almost too good to be true! Everything was even better than it seemed online. Stephanie and Sheridan are exceptional at what they do to keep the complex well taken care of and lively. They host community events regularly that actually have you excited to mingle with your neighbors. Maintenance is prompt in taking care of requests, we’ve never had to wait long for things to be fixed. The building is reinforced with concrete so it’s very quiet inside even though it’s in the middle of the city. The apartment layouts are great use of their space with unique functional floor plans and offer beautiful views of the Dallas skyline. We’ve had several at home meals on our balcony with views you couldn’t get at the nicest of restaurants. The location is incredible, we are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, businesses, bars, event centers, grocery stores, public transit - the epitome of city living. The property is safe and secure with fob access, gated underground parking garage, and security cameras around the perimeter and amenities. We have been living here just shy of 4 months and look forward to several more. I don’t typically leave reviews but I can’t recommend enough choosing the Vista as your place to call home!"
