"I had my RV parked in front of my brothers house on 181st Street. I will add a photo if possible. The female carrier wouldn't leave the mail and there was plenty of room to do so. The worst!"

"I had a very Important letter sent to me that needed a signature so they left a note saying no one was home. Well my husband was there all day! When he called they said they would send it out again and did not! Terrible service! The USPS is sure not what it used to be."

"Had to pick up certified mail since I missed my delivery, but the man that "helped" me was unprofessional because when I stated my first name instead of my last name, when asked for my name, he stated in a rude and annoyed voice "last name would have done" and then scoffed. I understand we all have off days and bad customers occasionally, but no need to take it out on the next individual that walks through the door."

"The delivery driver keeps pulling into my yard. I have asked them not to. Today, as I turned the corner to my neighborhood, I caught them with their vehicle fully off the road and up in my yard. As he pulled out to go to the next house I pulled up behind him to confront him. Seeing it was not the one I had asked before not to pull into my yard, I asked him to please not pull the mail carrier into my yard. He tried to gaslight me, saying he did not pull into my yard. I cut him off and said I saw him. He then told me not to interrupt him and that my yard is not a yard. I showed him where the street is and my yard begins and he told me I was wrong that it isn't a yard and he was not driving in my yard just pulling off the street. I informed him that is my yard and to stop doing it. He was very rude and continued to argue like this including complaining about having to deal with people like me. Including a photo of my apparently nonexistent yard. Smdh I have lived here 5 years. The mail carriers are mostly inconsistent, inconsiderable and lazy and this one was no different. The carrier I had last summer was polite and considerate. Only reason I am giving 2 stars."

"I have mixed feelings... This post office has such a high turnover which is the main issue. My mail is delivered to the wrong address on a consistent basis. Good news is that it's forced me to meet a neighbor I would have probably never met otherwise. Bad news is that it just creates more stress and work for me. I have no complaints about the customer service aspect of reporting my mail or packages missing. Anytime I have filed a claim online, the guy who is incharge at this particular facility has always called me to address the issue and usually gets it resolved within 48-72 hours. He was kind, efficient, and sincerely tried to fix the issue. I give him 10 stars. As far as my mail carrier(s) - God help them. I don't know if they just don't have enough training, or if they don't know how to read address's. But I literally have missing mail every single week. It's so aggravating. There's my 2 cents."
