"Tonight my order was messed up not once but twice. Even shown receipt for the first mess up they gave me part order right and the rest wrong. I will not be going back to the Sapulpa location. That is ridiculous never did I ask for a flour tortilla with just cheese and sour cream I wanted beef with it. That is not hard to do! You need to train the staff better. And I will tell everyone about this incident. $45 to mess up my order twice I don't think so very unprofessional"

"EDIT: I unfortunately have to change my review. We have had a few less than satisfactory visits recently. Our most recent trip was at 9:00 pm through the drive through. This process was over half an hour from when we ordered to when we received our food. 20 minutes to the window and 10 at the window. We were told via the app that the drive through was the only option available and saw no one ordering in the lobby, however, our 4 tacos and 2 sides of rice/beans took at least 10 minutes to make as we were their only customers they helped from the time we got to the window to the time that we got our food. My wife also wanted to try a cantina Taco but it had a soggy/broken Taco shell and had to eat the whole thing with a fork. No plasticware provided for the rice/beans so we used our own. Wife also ordered a spicy potato Taco and had what seemed to be a small piece of wet paper towel in her Taco. As for my food, it turned out well and I didn't seem to have any issues myself, which is what is keeping this at a 2 star review. It wasn't entirely bad, aside from my food not taking too bad the cashier did apologize for the wait. I've always enjoyed Taco bell and no, I'm not expecting a 5 star meal from every visit. I'm also attempting to genuinely provide constructive criticism. Small tweaks are all it takes to get back on the right track. My wife and I enjoy trying restaurants that range from "fancy" to fast food. This location blew me away a few years ago in a way that fast food restaurants aren't supposed to. It would be great to see that again someday! I HAVE INCLUDED THE PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 3 YEARS AGO: This store is always over the top! Customer service is better here than any other fast food restaurant I've been too! Food is always made quickly and accurately. The first time I thought I caught them on a good day but it's been very consistent! Highly recommend this place and would like to know how they motivate their team so well!"

"We stopped in for a quick bite. We saw they were open for sitting inside, so we went in. If you order an ice tea, they will get it for you. If you need a refill, they give you a new cup. We got a 5 layer burrito and a Mexican pizza. We were really hungry, so it tasted great!"
