"The food was delicious!!!! I'd say it was medium busy at lunch when we arrived. We're immediately seated. Placed our order. To my surprise the food wasn't rushed out in 5 or so minutes like other Mexican restaurants. Everything was fresh which had me thinking they cook too order for the most part. We're definitely going back and exploring their menu more"

"The Lopez restaurant cartel has spent a few bucks on remodeling and furnishings at their new Sapulpa location. Nicely done, attractive and comfortable. I hope upgrades included a new AC. It seemed a little warm in there, but that was after I had downed half a bowl of their salsa picante. Today was a test for any air conditioner. It is nice to see that some of the better small town Mexican restaurants are cleaning and remodeling the buildings versus just setting up shop in a dumpy dive. With hundreds of Mexican restaurants now competing for your peso, I think you will see some of the losers disappear. At 2:30 today, the restaurant had a good number of patrons. Sapulpa needed a new Mexican restaurant. I have dined at 5 of their other Lopez restaurants (Muskogee and Wagoner). All are fairly consistent in food and service. Lopez Grills are good solid OkieMex restaurants. The Sapulpa restaurant was good, as I expected, and possibly the best of their outlets. The regular salsa is very mild and very lightly seasoned, but the salsa picante is fire, and essential. Well spiced ground beef filled the taco and the enchiladas. Good queso, beans and rice. Add friendly attentive service to round out the enjoyable lunch experience. "Had Sunday lunch. Parking lot was full but we're seated immediately. Due to all of the hype I ordered a margarita, it was very good and strong. Ordered molcajete and it was good, definitely not the best but would order again. Salsa needed salt but other than that I have zero complaints. Service was very attentive and friendly."
