"They stopped selling full sized chickens in their meals. They buy them before puberty then use them for bucketmeals!! They'll give you a real deal on buying accessories... sucks because that outlasts the whole chicken! Last time I buy from them! We like having chicken with the whole meal not just the first part of it!!"
"The last 3 times my order has been wrong #1-wrong pieces of chicken. #2-got home with only sides and NO chicken. Had to go back and no apologies. #3-wrong pieces of chicken and paid higher for what I wanted. Then had to wait and I was the only car in the drive thru. Took 8 minutes to get my order. 3 times I went back. Won't be a 4th. I'm done!!!"
"My Famous bowl had no corn and was definitely smaller portion than I am used to. I paid cash and didn't get a receipt. I will say customer service was good. If I had the time I would have gone back but decided to just deal with it so I know they do not have a chance to make it right."

"We got the $20 fill-up box. They were out of fries and offered 2 sides. We chose mashed potato’s and mac-n-cheese. The Mac-n-cheese was gross. The portions were so small and we were sharing it!!!! They only gave me 11 chicken nuggets! ELEVEN!!!!! We also asked for KFC sauce and got 1. We had to go back through the drive thru to ask for more sauce and silverware so we could eat the Mac-n-cheese & potatoes. The staff was nice but super rushed! They wouldn’t stay in the window long enough to let you finish asking for what you need. They weren’t even that busy. Really disappointed. We have got the box at another location and we loved it. It was obvious they already had all this made up and waiting to go out the window. It was just cold & rushed. (Sorry for the bad pic we were in the dark car) **Yep! The chicken nuggets are hiding at the very bottom! You can hardly see them!***"
