Sonic Drive-In

"I don't want to give them any stars. I think the evening shift especially is the worst I've ever been to. Service is lousy. The employees are rude as hell and the food, drinks and shakes are nasty! There is a young, tall, blonde that works in the evening or late afternoon and I've never seen any behave the way she does. The morning and day shift are usually the best time to go! The staff is friendlier, nice and they smile! My food is always hot and yummy and I get a full cup of a beverage or shake! You're extremely lucky if you get more than half a cup during the evening shift. I miss the old sonic. Everyone loved hanging out there. It's not the same and it's sad that the new one will never be as good as it was."

"Our blast are completely melted. The cookie dough is hard as rock, and the girl at the window told me that is just how it comes. First of all, we waited in the line 30 minutes And second of all this happened last time we got sonic as well. Sonic blast are not runny like a shake. Waste of money. Don’t go here unless you wanna waste your money"

"I went to this location to grab a quick bite before work. Took 10 mins before anyone answered so I could place an order. Someone answered just as I was about to leave. I placedy order and paid, but then I had to wait 20 mins on my 6inch coney........this has been a horrid experience and I am extremely angry I was not able to enjoy any bit of it before I had to to work. I know there is a shortage in workers but corporate really needs to restructure and retrain this staff. A 30 min wait for a coney, and it was luke warm. Holding your customers hostage after taking their money like this is abysmal."

"this makes like the 6th time weve visited and the order is completely wrong. young kids who do not care about their job or peoples orders.. please shut this place down. Update came here for a review. Noticed this place is still sheet. Not sure why they only half fill shakes. Missing sauce for the pretzel, no receipt either. They wasted money building this sonic. It's pure garbage. Update thos place still sucks. Just ordered a large chili cheese tots. What the heck is this tiny pile? Just sat 30 minutes in line for this."

"I hope others experience are different but it seems like every time we come to this sonic, we get really old not fresh food, the order is wrong, were missing food items like corn dogs or apple sauce and kids toy for kid's meal, or we are told that the taxes are taken off, told the untaxed part but then charged taxes on my debit card - (I have it on my dash cam too). We used to go 3-4 times a week, then it was fewer and fewer times until eventually we just would not go to this sonic. We decided to give them another try but it's still the same ol, same ol. I recommend checking that your order is complete and fresh before leaving or you get home to only be disappointed."
