"Meh product and worse customer service. Bifold wallet slot ripped after two weeks with appropriate use. Was excited to use it as it was extremely thin and sleek. Maybe this was the downfall and using paper thin leather with barely any give to even jam one card into it isn’t a fantastic idea? Stored less than the suggested number of cards in it. Contacted Anson Calder for a warranty claim and they accused me misusing the wallet; when I pushed back they forwarded my claim to the warranty department. Still haven’t heard back; it’s been about two to three weeks now. Website and brand is pretentious and of poor quality - using buzz words and locations as a selling point. I ended up just buying a Bellroy wallet instead last week and I love it. The AC wallet was a 30th birthday present from my parents, too. What a waste."

"Best wallet ever. I purchased their card wallet with cash slot and couldn’t be happier with it. I have researched minimalist wallets and watched countless reviews of wallets on the market. AC is the best. If you are someone who primarily uses a card to pay for everything, and likes to cary their wallet in their front pocket with either your keys or phone, this is the best option. The quality, functionality and attention to detail are all top notch. When I initially made my purchase, a few days passed by without an update (over a holiday so not a problem). I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and sent out my wallet that same day. I hope AC continues making leather goods for years to come for when I need another one. 10/10 recommend."

"Smallest wallet in the world. And it's a true piece of art. I absolutely love the patina it's getting over time. Got my "cash wallet" 4 years ago (black one on the left) and it's been an absolute pleasure since. You honestly forget you have your wallet with you. I then bought my girlfriend a red "sport leather" cash wallet, and I advise you to keep away from those, it's cheaper but it's degrading way faster than the original "French calfskin leather". Here come's 2023 and the new cash wallet for my girlfriend, yet again a red one. I ordered the real one this time, and it looks fabulous. The monogramming is cheap enough, you should definitely get it. The team is very good and can truly respond to any of your demands. I got the team to modify the monogram before sending the wallet and it's truly perfect. I'm always happy to show my wallet to friends and family."

"If I could give a zero out of 5 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I bought a card wallet with a cash slot around October 2020 and a few months ago the cash slot on the wallet snapped when I was about to put some cash I had taken out back in. I only keep about 8 cards (4 in each slot which is under the twelve cards they recommend in total) and since I had paid about the same price as a coach wallet and would like to get my money's worth out of their product I tried to contact them to see if I could get it repaired or replaced. I have contacted them several times through three different channels, the first through email, second through text, and finally through phone (they have never picked up once). When I contacted through email the person asked me to send pictures of the damage in which after we could proceed with next steps. I sent them photos and that was a little over a month ago. I have never heard back from them about whether my wallet is still under warranty or if I can get it repaired The second time I tried their direct message service. I spoke with another representative about never hearing back over email and if I could get my issue taken care of with them. They said they would look into it and it has been a few weeks since then. I tried following up a week in and got a reply saying that their team is still looking into the issue, which is quite a long time since I simply asked if I could get my wallet repaired or replaced I have tried calling them through their phone number, but it always takes me directly to voice mail. Their wallets are nice, but have the durability of tissue paper seeing that I haven not even owned the wallet for even a year and certainly did not abuse it. It would be a different story if they at least followed up on their own to say my wallet is not under warranty, in which I would simply move on. But, here I am saying do not waste +$100 dollars of your money on them and get a coach wallet instead or a $20 wallet if you do not care about the aesthetic"
