Maverik

"I went in hoping this was actually a maverick to use my nitro card. Swiped my nitro and crashed their system . The cashier chews me out "this is not a maverik that will not work here!" Sign out front says maverick. If you are a maverik then be a maverik!! Also everything was nearly out of stock very poor experience!!"

"Prices are fair for airport and there is a decent amount of selection. There was a line when I went through, but it didn’t take too long."

"Maverick stores I’ve been to are super friendly, courteous, never have to wait in line long. Always gets another cashier open. Not at the one in B concourse on 7-21 at 11:50 am. There were anywhere from 8-10 people in line. One cashier, one clerk counting stick. I asked cashier why she doesn’t get another line open? Acted like it wasn’t necessary. I walked over to person doing inventory of corn chips. I said you should open up other register and help these people? She looked at me like I was from Oz. They need some customer service training. Not at all like your other places."

"Small but functional Maverick convenience store located in terminal B. Drinks, snacks, treats, and other typical airport convenience items available. The few times that I have been there the lines seem to move well. Employees were helpful and friendly. The one downside was the large number of items needing restocking. Hopefully it was just a timing issue during the busy times I was there."

"October 2nd @ around 12:00 Had a very rude expirience from a worker @ maverick. I also work @ the airport helping the elderly and disabled passengers and went in with some co workers to get a drink before returning back to work. At the front of the line I told her my drink would be the only thing I would be purchasing today (cause they always ask if thats everything). She then insisted that I pay for my coworkers things and proceeds to call me "rude" for not offering to do so. She proceeded to call me "rich" and "rude" I front of a big line of costumers because I didn't pay for their things. She then announced to everyone in the store that I was a worker that received tips for my work and that no one in this store should leave a tip for me for my service if it were given because I didn't pay for their things. Me and the man in the back of the line just agreed she apparently had a bad day and moved on. Please fix this issue because I'm sure its not the first time its happened. As of now I won't be bringing my passengers or myself to this store."
