"Did a day rental and was given two right boots. Was pissed that I had to spend a ton of time renting equipment at the ski resort. But Caleb at Ski N See did the right thing and not only refunded my rental but covered the cost of renting at the resort (which was more than 2x the cost at Ski N See)."
"wouldn’t let me pick up my rentals that I reserved to pick up at bountiful. I had a change of plans and went to the downtown location in hopes of picking it up there. the employee Sam helped me and when I asked he simply said “no” with no further explanation. I called the bountiful location to see if this was a possibility and they said yes and despite that Sam still refused to help me. not really sure if it was a racist thing or what - but i’m shocked they decided to make my life so hard. it’s heartbreaking"
