"My wife had surgery. I went to get medication for her and they refused to let me pick it up because I wasn't on the insurance. So I have to take my wife, who can barely sit up in my car, and they won't let her pick it up because she isn't the "primary account holder" on the insurance because she's on her dad's insurance. So he has to drive up from Orem to get her pills for her, and they hassled him about giving him the pills because they thought we were trying to scam them. THE HOSPITAL WROTE THE PRESCRIPTION. These people are ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE."
