"I had dishes sent to me through Ups. It’s as if they threw it like a basketball. It was clearly marked glass and to handle with care, and each item was bubble wrapped. 75% of my grandmother’s antique glass was smashed to oblivion. My package is now worthless to the point that it only belongs in the trash. It would’ve been better to have given it away . At least my grandmother’s glass would be in tact in someone else’s home ."
"Just witnessed an irate customer because they couldn’t locate a package that had been delivered several days earlier. Maybe already picked up? Maybe picked up accidentally by driver? Regardless, they handled the difficult customer with patience and professionalism, which is a difficult situation when someone if yelling in your face. Great store and staff!"
