"This is my only manner of responding since the 'owner' left a response. I have absolutely no problem at all with a company that doesn't have the knowledge or experience to build a pool correctly. That's their own problem. Calling it unsafe as an excuse for not understanding their own industry, however, is very different. I was able to get an excellent pool and have exceptional work done, just as I wanted it. Very glad Vivion can probably build small basic pools. It's not what I was looking for, and I certainly wasn't interested in their heat pumps they kept talking about. Ultimately, they need to admit that they are no different from most other pool companies in Tulsa that go out of business every few years and all have the same 3-4 crews doing the installs as subcontractors. It's communication skills they all lack. Communicating with customers, potential customers, and subs. IF you aren't comfortable building a pool because of lack of knowledge or experience, don't leave the initial meeting guaranteeing a plan within 2 weeks and never answer your calls after. Just say you can't do it. Easy enough"
