Aloft Tulsa Downtown

"I stay here a few times a year. It's very clean and organized. Some of the front desk girls are not very nice. Left a sweater in my room and realized it when I was checking out. They wouldn't allow me to go back or to have staff go get it. I tried to retrieve it by calling, but it didn't get turned in. The location is amazing. If you like being downtown. I stay because it sits right at the Cox Business Center. Parking is good, and it's gated. Prices are too high for rooms, regardless of location. $270 a night is very steep, and I will be looking around at other hotels on my next visit. I love the hotel, just wish it was more affordable and friendly."

"Called to make a reservation as we were heading to an event in the area. This was my first time staying at an Aloft hotel. Got to the hotel and was told our reservations could not be found. This happened to a few other people. We did not book through a 3rd party site as others did. While they figured out what was going on, we got $10 vouchers for the bar. The manager came over and expressed her apologies, as did the front desk person and the manager also waved the $15 parking fee. Pros: The staff was awesome. Everyone we talked to was extremely nice and apologized for what happened. The bed was pretty comfortable. The room was nice for the most part. Good location. It's about a 3 minute walk to BOK as well as bars and restaurants. Cons: The pics posted are of different parts of the room that were not cleaned. The room looked to have been recently updated, so I'm not sure if housekeeping and/or the contractors should be blamed for the lack of cleaning. No breakfast. I'm not sure if it's just this location or Aloft in general, but it would be nice to have some in hotel breakfast options. If there are, we were not told of any. The hotel bar does serve food but is about 12 items and kinda expensive. The snacks the hotel offers are more expensive than at a convenient store. Overall: it's 50/50 on if we would stay here again. I say this due to the lack of breakfast in the hotel."

"Right across from the BOK and they have a free pool table with a bar. Bar has mixed drinks but the tap beer could’ve been more diverse. Outside pool was cool but it was too cold to swim. Staff was perfect!"

"Great location and modern look. Loved the room and tall ceilings. Elevators were fast and a great location for many things. If I had to make a critique, it would be better lighting in the room and a bigger TV, otherwise great."

"I arrived at this place, and the check-in process was reasonably fast. The staff at the front desk today was professional, calm and inviting. My room is pristine and spacious to stay for the night. I was actually impressed by it. I had minor issue with the heater not working properly, so I asked the front lady to get it check by the maintenance. I don't want to deal with a freezing room at night. Other than that, I recommend this place if you ever visit Tulsa."
