"My friend and I had a horrible experience at the Lowe's on 21st and Yale. We were there to purchase a lawn mower and received assistance from an associate who was very helpful, but we unfortunately did not get her name. However, our experience turned sour when Kelly, another associate, intervened and took over helping my friend. Not only did she seem upset that my friend had received help from someone else, but she also gave my friend a different price at checkout than the previous associate had quoted. We were lucky enough to catch this and speak up to verify the conflicting information, otherwise my friend would have ended up spending more money than necessary. This experience has made us wary of receiving assistance from Kelly in the future and we advise others to verify any information given by her as well."

"Love the location, customer service desk needs a ton of training. I have had to call corporate more than once because of incompetency. I've been shopping at Lowe's longer than someone of them have been alive. I know the routines and have spent many hours and dollars there. Do better!"

"I was not aware that Lowe has a location at 15 n Yale! Must be new, because this is close to my stomping ground! Very nice indeed! Old man at a toys store!"

"We purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s on Winterpock and they have been trying to install it with no success since November the 29th. Technician came and said your old one is floor locked. We had our tile floor cut up to get this dishwasher installed. They sent a new technician today and completely waisted my time again. After drilling additional holes in my cabinet he tells me the dishwasher although the exact same size as my previous one won’t fit because Bosch has a lip on the rear. You need to return to Lowe’s and pick a different one. He took the new dishwasher and put our old one back. Fast working d tonight at 7:15 I arrive back at Lowe’s no one is working besides a guy pushing a bucket. I push the help button to get advised he has no clue about appliances just filling in for that department . My counter top has been damaged and the district manager for installation Jaclyn said nothing we can do for your inconvenience. Send pics of the damage. I’m so irritated with Lowe’s lack of care for customers. Never again!!"

"What a better way to allocate the left over change from buying tools and stuff then to do it buying a hotdog right outside The Lowes Exit! Smells awesome, a bit on the small size but not bad at all!"
