"Terrible location to buy appliances and have them delivered. I recently tried to buy a W/D and refrigerator from this store and have them delivered. I did my homework and knew what I wanted to buy. I met an associate who started to check stock and both items were available. The problems (plural) started with the delivery software and scheduling and the associate stated that the third party delivery service only delivers to a certain zip codes on a certain day which turned out to be 3 weeks ! A supervisor tried to override these problems and no luck. They both gave up with a high level of apathy. I could have bought the components myself and built these products within the 3 week time frame but wasted two hours at this store. I told the associate we were heading to Home Depot who had the same products and pricing. I ordered these with a four day delivery and bought a full shopping cart of other products. Question is who at Lowe's made this decision on deliveries ? Not very bright !"

"We went in to purchase a new toilet. Went back up to the front to get a big cart to carry it out of the store. Couldn't find one, so we had them page for an associate to bring one to us in the plumbing department. We'll no one show up. We finally figured out how to put it on top of the basket, which was very heavy. We finally get up to the front & there are all these self check outs. We finally found one person who can check us out. What happened to Customer Service? Are the company's getting too cheap to hire people anymore?"

"This Lowe's is a great store. The employees here are knowledgeable, they answer your questions, are polite and friendly. The Lowe's in BA is closer, but the store on 71st St is the one to go to, if you want to get the right items!"

"I stood around waiting to be helped to get a heavy object off of a shelf for 30 minutes for no employee to ever come over and assist me. While other employees simply just walked past and did nothing. And then whenever I asked to speak to somebody that might be able to assist me. I was on hold for fifteen minutes and no one answered."

"Oh man!! Where do I start! So I went in the store on 71st/ Mingo we decided to get a install done changing from carpet to hard wood flooring, picked out what we wanted and they were going to do the install, this is in June .. .. they sent installers out to do the job said it would be 6? Only 2 came.. they suppose to have been doing a floor install when they got thru? The floor was not right, before they came out LOWES employee came and took the measurements and it was messed up from that point on, we called I don’t know how many times to speak to management they took names & numbers never called back, finally got a Lowe’s manager over flooring to come out and look at the floor? He says yes they messed the install up. Instead of them getting someone out here to fixed it and finish a entire Entry HALLWAY that they didn’t even do at all? ( Hallway was left in CARPET ) they kept saying someone would call us fast forward to 4-5 months later? We have went up to the stores, called and still no one corrected our issue! Do NOT USE LOWES for a install! They don’t handle their business like they should they left my floor messed up for almost 6 months, the install company is having to REPLACE the entire floor install because it was messed up too bad to fix, and they are having to do the hallway as well. Lowe’s need to REFUND me my money back on my credit card!!! I will send a review everyday til they take care of this issue!!!!!"
