Osage Casino Hotel - Tulsa

"I had a great time here. The staff on the casino floor do such a good job of keeping the floors and machines clean. There is not any litter or debris on the floor. I like the slots! They have old favorites and brand new games with lots of bells and whistles from winning players all around me. There are so many choices! I stayed in the hotel and my room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit last night, and there were plenty of security officers on the floor, which always makes me feel safer. Give it a try. It might be your day to win the big one."

"They have good concerts at great prices. The property is showing signs of wear. Restaurant service was abysmal. Staff is friendly and apologetic but even at 12 pm with less than a dozen patrons they did not follow up on our order. We sat for 30 minutes with no one checking on us until I went to them and asked about our order. We still did not receive our order until after a second person in our party of 4 went to the and inquired on our orders."

"The hotel part wasn't horrible, but had some issues. one of the elevators broke while I was there, and it took them two days to shut it down, we had to walk much further to another elevator to get to our floor, Another issue was the cool/heat controls, the heat could be set to 70 and it wouldn't turn off so the room stayed at 80° the entire time. The casino part was good except for it being an all smoking casino, we don't smoke so it bothered us quite a bit. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We will probably stay at Osage again next time we are up that way."

"I am leaving this review for the awesome concierge specialist Christine! She was so kind and warm and welcoming that I was excited for my stay. A very personable representative for the hotel. I really was also pleased at how cozy my room was, the view and also how pleasant the scents in the hallway and public bathrooms were. The public bathrooms were exceptionally clean. I am very appreciative of the hospitality that Christine gave me and the ease of check-in. Definitely a hotel I would visit again."

"The rooms and pool are not very clean. During our stay, I itched and had bites which we reported to staff. We did not stay and left early, tight on slots, cashier's were very rude and had attitude and we ended up filing a written complaint due to the unprofessional communication and disrespect. The manager of the whole casino was on point and needs a promotion. I think he was fairly new, but not sure. There is nothing else to do around there outside of botanical gardens and being close to downtown. Not in a good location and rough group of people. Twice, we have had aggressive and drunk people approach us in the parking lot. It was a scary. Do not recommend this location. The pizza is good and has great cakes, and the new cashier is very quick, in the past slow as snot. We will not be going to this particular location anytime soon."
