"I really liked Doctor Tensmeyer at first. He is a good physician, however I didn’t feel like he would listen to me and my concerns or thoughts. He is also a very rough doctor, he must never have had knee surgery.. slower is better. When he checks the bend there needs to be more concern for the patient, it can really hurt. I won’t be going back to him."

I came to him for a 2nd opinion after a horrible experience with a different Intermountain orthopedist. I wish I had been referred to him in the first place, I wouldn’t have wasted months of time and pain. My knee had previously been operated on 5 years ago and I had had too many injections to count. Dr. Tensmeyer listened to me and reviewed my history and completely agreed with my decision of wanting surgery. My knee feels great, no PT needed!
