"Bait and switch schemes are not legal. Told me $60 over the phone and when I showed up in the office I was told $90+. They couldn't even be bothered to put batteries in the monitoring device. Not even one. Then when I brought it back they said that they only had "the more expensive one"?! But magnamously said they'd let me use it. Wow. Apparently I'm going to have to keep an eye on multiple billed charges. (As expected, I was not only charged for the non-functioning device BUT THE MORE EXPENSIVE UNIT AS WELL!?) Totally unimpressed with the amateurish nature of this practice. -As far as their half measure comment below does anyone else notice they said nothing about the multiple charges and non functional device. ALSO, they deal with student insurance all the time, so at least they know better, and at worst, they are opportunists."

"My overnight sleep study was scheduled for 8:30 tonight. They confirmed it multiple times via email and text messages. The sign on their door show their business hours begin at 8:00 PM, I arrived just a bit after that and another patient arrived just before 9:00. It is almost 10:00 PM, and still no employee showed up or retrned our calls or texts.. Incompetent. This is NOT okay!! This appointment was important and a prerequisite to an upcoming surgery. I am very angry & stressed.."

"Where do I begin? I really didn't have any choice in going here, it was order by my doctor. When trying to schedule an appointment, it took 3 tries to get it right. The first person I spoke with (who was yawning throughout the call - no really!), had to call me back because the tech working the night we picked, wasn't qualified to run the test I needed. Then, when that got straightened out, the automated email I got had the correct date, but the wrong day of the week. I had to call back again, just to clarify what they meant. The facility is clean, which is a blessing, but sterile and bathed in fluorescent light - not really welcoming. The tech was more interested in talking about hockey than anything, and treated me like he was suiting up a hockey player. Let's just say "people skills" are not his strong suit. He shared that this was his second job and he was an electrician during the day. It was clear that he was not a health care professional. I just hope the data they gathered is better than the process of gathering it."

"The Provo facility provides a comfortable environment. The room temperature is perfect and furnishings calming. The best asset at this location is Glenn, the technician. He is personable, patient, reassuring, knowledgeably and professional. Great experience overall!"

"My apt was about a month out but I got put on a waiting list. They called me and got me in a week sooner which was a relief. The technician, Laws, was very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. He ended up staying later then usual to provide the care I needed. I am beyond grateful for the care he provided! The facility is clean, bed was comfortable, it was quiet and I was informed of the plan. I took my own pillow and blanket which was nice, although they provide plenty. They even have a fan to help keep you comfortable through your stay. I would highly recommend this company if you need a sleep study. I went to the Provo location."
