"I cannot express enough about the entire staff, Tom, Ethan, joe, Taylor, their front office staff, they really do care and do their absolute best to help each of their patients. They really do care, know what they are doing and want you to feel better. Thank you everyone for everything you do and have done for me."

"He is very kind and understanding. He explained the test results and I was grateful for better results that we had expected. However, his staff member that did my testing, needs to be more compassionate. I felt rushed when I was being tested. It made me flustered and I didn’t do as well as I could have, had I felt comfortable and not pressured."

"Highly recommended! The aftermath of my injury quickly became a confusing and wild ride, so I appreciate all that Neural Effects has done for me. Their understanding of the full scope of problems following a traumatic brain injury, particularly autonomic dysfunction, is something I didn't readily find from other providers and/or compartmentalized, non-individualized systems of care, and it has made all the difference! In my opinion, other brain injury or concussion care providers should learn from this clinic's therapeutic philosophy, follow-through, and care; but since they probably won't, anyone trying to navigate a neurological issue should just come here! Getting to their office is a bit of a journey for me and still 200% worth it. Thank you to the whole team!"

"The treatment and progress I have seen from therapies provided by neural effects has been very beneficial. However the front desk can be less then friendly. They also will never call back or respond to messages without follow up. Only a problem because the office closes frequently and holds irregular hours so they are hard to schedule with to begin with. I have also had 3 appts at 8 am to find no one available to let the therapist in and as a result had shorter appointments. Very frustrating after driving 45 minutes to get there. The lack of tools to use at home dwindle quickly after the first several visits to a point where I feel most of the therapies can be done at home and the benefits of coming to the office greatly decreases. Tele therapy needs to be more widely available, especially since you have access to the app where the therapist can track your progress on your phone!"

"I had an All Star experience with Dr. Trevor's and his team. I worked closely with Ethan and April and I swear they performed miracles. Unknowingly I had already had multiple concussions by the time I leaned about concussion therapy and had issues with memory and complex executive functioning and I thought I was losing my mind until I got the concussion that led me to Neural Effects. The way they helped my brain recover was hard work and super cool. It was such a relief to find someone to help with the horrific issues I was having. Ethan, April, and Dr. Trevort were friendly, encouraging, and professional. And their front desk was outstanding in handling all billing and insurance processing. I can't say enough good things about working with the Neural Effects team!"
