"Like everywhere else it has become more expensive, only saw three staff there but very hard working, proactive, and polite. Store was clean and well-kept, and there wasn't more than a few seconds wait for help anywhere. I didn't return anything on this trip, but they do also accept Amazon returns."

"I spent 45 minutes in line, because they only assigned one person to work customer service. The line finally started moving when they decided to add one additional person. Found the items in the store that I had come to purchase got in line and spent another 30 minutes waiting for a register. Meanwhile, I watch the manager carry on a friendly conversation with friends in the store. Despite the long lines, she didn’t bother to help until one of the sales clerks asked if she would jump on a register, she got on Help one person, and then got off and resumed her conversations with her friends. When I asked if she wouldn’t mind assisting because the line was long and there was a lot of people waiting She sarcastically offered me a job and told me she was busy. If you’re going to have a non-work conversation take it to an office. The last thing anyone wants to see is a manager who doesn’t care about customer service or helping clients. Thank you for proving that you just want my money but you don’t want to work for it"
