"I won’t go into depth on my visit with Dr Yu, but read the rest of the reviews and it went about the same lol. If you need help with RA, go to the Goldberg Tener Clinic or Red River Wellness instead. They’ll help resolve your symptoms in half the time and they’ll treat you like a real person :)"

"I’ve had many doctors tell me that I have an autoimmune disease with many correlating symptoms. This doctor told me I have “reoccurring fever disease”. My numbers were off but they were not bad enough for this doctor to do anything about. They don’t believe in preventative medicine to help me from getting very sick. They told me to only call them when I did get very sick which could be too late if serious enough. This doctor also made very degrading comments about my employer who happens to work in holistic medicine the whole time which made her not take me seriously."

"Over the last three years i've seen every specialist under the sun who have been unsuccessful in figuring out what's wrong with me. Now I have horrible joint and muscle pain so was referred to this clinic. Out of every specialist i've seen this was hands down the worst. Dismissive, uncaring, and incredibly unhelpful. They are good at running labs, looking at the labs and telling you what the lab results are and what medicine to take. Other than that you're unlikely to find any answers here. While waiting for results I had another specialist believe they found the cause of my issues and I called Arthritis center and asked if they could please send me my lab results as the doctor needed them to proceed with his treatment. Nope. Had to wait weeks to consult with the doctor so they could tell me they were all clear. A few times I was told they would check with doc and get back to me but never did. Had to push my treatment back weeks. Those are my labs and I'm entitled to them before my appointment. I shared with Dr. Yu on my follow up what I believed was the cause of my leg pain and she was immediately scoffing and dismissive and essentially rushed me out with no other referral or guidance. Ends up I was correct and am finally getting the treatment I need, something Dr. Yu could learn from to help future clients but little care is taken in learning anything outside of their box. Go elsewhere. There are better docs and clinics that will put forth better effort."

"Do not come here if you are overweight. I met with Dr. Yu and had a very bad experience with her. My intake was okay, she was very neutral and gave me some good direction on where to look for a diagnosis. But my second appointment was bad. My labs can back completely normal, but I’m still experiencing lots of pain and chronic fatigue. Dr Yu told me to lose weight, mediate, accept that I had pain, and to “not keep looking for the next diagnosis” (this was after I asked her to check me for fibromyalgia which I do have the markers for!) She told me to do aerobic exercise and I told her I was already walking 10 hrs a week for work. Dr. Yu said that walking mindfully would help me. I asked her if mindfulness would help with aerobic exercise and she said no, but told me to go on additional 10 minute walks a day. It felt like she literally wasn’t even listening to me or didn’t believe me when I said I walk all the time. She spent half our apt talking about meditation and told me to put myself in a dark room and allow “all the negative stressful thoughts” to get emptied out of my brain. She told me to imagine putting those stressful thoughts in a toilet and flushing them away. This is the worst doctors appointment I’ve ever had. I’m writing this review in the parking lot a few minutes after my appointment. I feel completely dismissed, unseen, and upset that she isn’t taking my pain seriously. I will not be back here and HIGHLY suggest that you do not come here and see her. If your labs come back normal, she will not help you figure out what’s going on"

"As a new patient here, the staff and Dr. Yu are very welcoming and nice. I have was diagnosed with RA and was excited to finally get help. A prescription was called in for me to start on some medication and was never filled because of the lack of instructions sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy called the office as well as myself leaving SEVERAL messages. I am unable to pick up the prescription which takes up to 6 weeks to feel relief. The office doesn't seem to really care if they neglect to do their part in a patients outcome. I thought for sure this was going to be a good thing for me. Now I have to start all over again in finding an care provider who really cares and is on top of to "do no harm". Let me save you some time and effort. IF you are thinking of finding results here, don't expect quick results. Search for another option if your insurance provider can cover you elsewhere. I am frustrated to the lack of empathy. I called and cancelled my future appointment and stated that I will never come back. There was not even a question of "what happened" or "Is there anything we can do to help". Just an okay and a hang up. This is not good customer service. Don't come here if you expect good results. Your time and effort s more valuable than waiting and expecting nothing. Good luck."
