"It was really difficult to get the courage to come, I knew I had a problem, however I was hoping I could work through listening to procedures to get courage to actually schedule appointment. I was so traumatized by my visit years ago I just gave up. Everyone was super nice however I felt like the doctor was chastising me about wanting a different outcome this time, it really discouraged me, I felt like i wasted his time."

"The only complaint I have is the nurse practitioner that came in (can’t remember his name) but he acted like every insurance is great and covers almost every vein procedure. He went on and on about how I can “come back” to get a for sure price and find out more information. It was like me going there for the clinic was for nothing and that I had to come back to “really” find out. But then I went up to the desk to possibly make a next apt and ask some more questions, and the darling front desk girl told me that they DO NOT take our insurance and then gave me a complete print out of what it would cost out of pocket. This was very helpful. A bummer, but helpful. I wish I remembered his name (he was younger, bald with glasses) because he acted so confident in so many ways, that it started to rub me wrong and then to find out that he truly didn’t even know! Someone probably needs to talk to him to let him know that he either needs to research more about the insurance side of things before giving information, or don’t give any at all if you don’t know. They also told me I was going to be watching a video to learn more. I started it for about two mins before he came in, shut it off and proceeded to tell me that the “next time” I come in I’ll be informed on the video. Sort of strange. You’d think they’d want you to learn about it first. It’s like he was trying his hardest to make sure I came back. Everyone else was absolutely amazing. He was the only issue."

"I went to doctor after doctor for months and not even the head of the vascular surgery department over the entire bay area knew how to treat my veins. IVC has some of the top vein experts in the country! The doctors and staff are wonderful. Definitely worth traveling out of state for their experience and expertise."

Great people who knows their stuff…listens to you and helps you make decisions that are the best for you! "The staff at IVC is incredible! I had a situation arise that concerned me I had something serious going on and the IVC team got me in same day. I was able to meet with the team and luckily didn’t have anything serious that they could find which gave me great comfort. The professionalism of the staff and the sincere care they showed even during these crazy times with COVID made me feel very confident in the team. I appreciate that I had a relationship with IVC having been tested prior for varicose veins and knowing that I could call upon their knowledge and expertise in a time when I thought i had something more serious going on with my veins.
