"Tanner has been the best provider I’ve had in a long time, he really listens and is so intelligent. He really gives you all the options laid out and makes it so easy on the patient. He’s the first provider I’ve felt listened to and connected to in a long time! But honestly all the staff is kind and attentive, the MAs, receptionists, everyone. and I always get the help I need. You do have to be on time, but I tend to always get there early so this is not a problem for me as I see it is for some people writing reviews, especially if you communicate with them. i’ve never had a long wait to get an appointment, and they’re very prompt. Honestly compared to my previous experiences with psychiatry, 10/10, would recommend this place to everyone."

"I really appreciate Jenn Zeer and I think she is a great psychiatrist. I would be giving 5 stars, but their calls all go through some sort of third party call center and not to the actual office, so it takes longer to get anything done over the phone. There is always a long hold time whenever I call. Still, with the extended hours and the great experiences I have everytime I am in the office, I would recommend others to go to Jenn."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The whole freaking staff does not care one iota about patients. They just care about getting your money. Do yourself a favor and find any other practice other than this one. They you did not even tell me how many freaking visits it would take to get a test that I requested on the phone WEEKS in advance (so their "need to order the test" claim makes zero sense whatsoever.) when I was making the appointment in the first place. When the provider refused to test me, I left the appointment. I called the phone number with my frustrations only to hear multiple times that they wouldn't do anything to help. I have had medical providers offer to waive fees before so the manager on the phone who said that cannot be done that is a literal load of cow patty. They refuse to test me for what I asked for, and they refuse to do anything to fix the situation. If you are thinking about going here, RUN FAR AWAY."
